Bongo Bongo Divers is a locally owned PADI dive shop that opened in 2014 in Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines, and has grown into one of the most organized dive centers in the area. The shop runs day trips to the famous marine sanctuary of Apo Island as well as shore and boat diving on Dauin's renowned muck-diving sites (San Miguel, Talisay, El Dorado, Secret Corner and more), where divers regularly spot nudibranchs, frogfish, seahorses and other macro life, plus the Dauin North house reef and green turtle sightings. It offers the full PADI course ladder from Discover Scuba Diving through Open Water, Advanced, Rescue Diver, Divemaster internship and Instructor Development Course, along with specialty courses in drift diving, deep diving, sidemount, DPV, nitrox and peak performance buoyancy. The center is a Green Fins member and works with a 5-star dive boat, with instructors known for a patient, unhurried teaching pace.
