Blue Water Divers is a small, family-run PADI dive operation on Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands, operating since 1983 and based at the Osprey Beach Hotel on Duke Street. The famous Grand Turk wall runs the length of the island's leeward side in the Columbus Landfall National Marine Park, with over 40 dive sites starting at 25-30 feet and dropping to over 7,000 feet. Trips run on two flat-bottomed Carolina Skiffs (Legend, rated for 22 passengers, and Mini Me, rated for 18), keeping groups small -- a maximum of 8 divers per boat. Blue Water Divers is Grand Turk's only PADI Green Star Award recipient and the only Turks and Caicos dive centre that is a 100% AWARE Partner. The shop offers Resort Courses for first-time try-divers, full PADI Open Water through Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and specialty certifications, two-tank morning dive trips with multi-day package discounts, afternoon and night dives, snorkeling trips along the wall, and boat excursions to Gibbs Cay. Rental gear (BC, regulator, mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit) is available. Listed rates are exclusive of Turks and Caicos government tourism tax (12%) unless noted.
