Blackpool Area Diving Centre is the Fylde Coast's only PADI dive centre, open since 1986 and based in Thornton-Cleveleys. Alongside recreational PADI training from a try-a-dive taster through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and professional/technical courses, the centre has a network of commercial divers, organises dive trips abroad (Egypt, Malta, the Maldives, the Cayman Islands, Lanzarote and more), stocks dive gear, and offers equipment servicing, repairs and tank filling.
