Best Dives Olhahali is the PADI 5-Star dive and watersports centre inside Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island, an all-villa resort in North Male Atoll (about an hour by speedboat, or 15 minutes by seaplane, from Male airport). The dive team runs the full range of PADI diver training, from try-dive experience programmes for complete beginners through entry-level Open Water certification (with PADI eLearning available in advance) to Advanced Open Water and specialty courses. Daily guided dive excursions run morning, afternoon and evening around the North Male Atoll, visiting sites such as Mahal Caves, Olhahali Ugol and Olhahali Thila, where divers regularly encounter nurse sharks, turtles, manta rays, eagle rays, reef sharks and macro life like nudibranchs. Alongside diving, the centre operates a watersports programme (parasailing, jet-skiing, flyboarding, wakeboarding, banana boat rides, catamaran sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding) and excursions including semi-submarine rides, snorkelling trips, sunset cruises and dolphin quests. Private trips can be arranged on request, including on yachts operated by sister company Best Yachts Maldives. The centre also runs a coral conservation project with its own marine biologist, giving guests the chance to learn about reef ecology and conservation efforts on the island.
