Bangtao Dive Center operates from Bangtao Beach on Phuket's west coast, near Surin Beach and the Laguna hotel area, offering shore and boat diving for all levels. The team runs a half-day shore dive directly off Bangtao Beach visiting Koh Weah reef and the Bangtao Wreck, plus full-day boat trips to Racha Yai, Racha Noi, Phi Phi Island, King Cruiser Wreck and the Similan Islands, as well as liveaboard trips aboard partner vessels. PADI courses cover the full range from Discover Scuba Diving through Scuba Diver, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response and Divemaster. The center also sells diving equipment and can arrange other Phuket activities such as shows, elephant trekking, ATV tours and cooking classes. Trips include free hotel transfer from Patong, Kamala, Surin, Laguna and Layan.
