Bali View Dive Center is a Japanese-run PADI dive center (PADI S-6546) based in Denpasar, southern Bali, with over 27 years of experience and more than 2,000 certified divers. Three resident Japanese-speaking instructors run small-group fun dives, Discover Scuba experiences, snorkeling and full PADI courses, with a strict maximum of four guests per guide (three around Nusa Penida). Dive Bali's best sites - Sanur and Nusa Dua reefs, the USAT Liberty wreck at Tulamben, macro-rich Amed and Padang Bai, Menjangan, and Nusa Penida / Lembongan with its year-round manta rays and seasonal Mola Mola (late July to mid-October). Private tours and multi-day dive safaris around the island are also available.
