Bali Elite Scuba Tulamben (BEST) is a local-owned PADI dive centre based in Tulamben, just three minutes from the famous USS Liberty Wreck. Run by two PADI Scuba Instructors supported by three crew members, the team focuses on the two dive areas of Tulamben and Amed — known for excellent year-round visibility, vibrant coral gardens and a shallow Japanese shipwreck at Amed. The centre offers everything from Discover Scuba Diving trials to full PADI certification courses, sidemount training and multi-day dive-and-stay packages, with an emphasis on safety and quality guiding for both first-time and experienced divers.
