Atlantic Duik & BHV Centrum is a PADI dive school in Zwaag, near Hoorn in West Friesland, within about 25 minutes of Amsterdam, Purmerend, Alkmaar and Zaandam. In 2026 the centre marks 30 years of running PADI diving courses, DAN first-aid courses and AED/BHV (first responder) training for students from across the Netherlands. Diving is taught as private lessons from two people upwards, in a relaxed, personal setting, with Advanced Diver and Rescue Diver courses also available from two people; the centre does not run introductory try-dives or group lessons. Alongside training, Atlantic Duikcentrum runs a dive shop selling masks, snorkels, fins and diving equipment, offers equipment rental, and maintains and services regulators, dive cylinders, dive computers, watches and BCDs in its own workshop.
