About
ATI Divers runs a PADI dive center on Lake Atitlan, a high-altitude volcanic crater lake in Guatemala (1,562m elevation) — one of the deepest and highest-altitude lakes in Central America. The team teaches full PADI certifications from Discover Scuba Diving through Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response and specialty courses in altitude diving and buoyancy control, in small groups with individual attention. Fun dives explore volcanic walls, sunken docks, hidden hot springs and dramatic rock formations at sites such as El Arbol, Casa del Mundo and Rambo II. Guests taking the Open Water course get free dormitory accommodation for its duration at the on-site hostel, La Iguana Perdida.
