Aquatrack is a legally registered dive and excursion operator based in Punta Cana/Bavaro, Dominican Republic, run by founder Herbert Mohr, a CMAS/IANTD/PADI instructor with over 5,000 dives worldwide. Rather than working from a fixed beach location like typical dive shops, the team designs personalized diving and adventure trips across the island, picking guests up from their hotels and tailoring itineraries to their interests. Highlights include historic shipwreck dives, cave diving in the country's freshwater cave systems, and offshore expeditions to Mona Island and Isla Beata in the Mona Passage. The multilingual team (English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch) works with the Dominican tourism and environmental authorities and the US Coast Guard, and can supply or service dive equipment for guests. Beyond diving, Aquatrack also arranges kayaking and land excursions, including whale-watching trips near Samana and visits to Los Haitises National Park.
