Aquanaut Dive Center is a dive school on Hama Street in El Nido, Palawan, run by a French owner with a local and international team, and drawing on more than 10 years of experience in the area's reefs. The centre offers a discovery try-dive for complete beginners with no experience required, private guided day trips tailored to a diver's level and interests (reef, wreck or photography-themed dives), and the full PADI course pathway from Open Water through Divemaster plus specialties such as Deep Diver, Enriched Air/Nitrox, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Project AWARE conservation courses. Equipment comes from Aqualung, Apeks and Mares, serviced by the centre's own technicians, and dives run from a traditional Filipino bangka boat that can carry up to 16 divers with a covered area for comfort in wet weather. Safety kit including oxygen and a first-aid kit stays aboard on every trip.
