Aqaba Sharks Bay Divers is a PADI dive centre in the centre of Aqaba, Jordan, run by a team of young professional divers. The centre describes itself as the first PADI Eco Dive Center in Aqaba and the first member of PADI's Adopt the Blue programme in the city, and holds Silver member status with Green Fins, the marine tourism sustainability scheme. Trips explore the Red Sea's sunken army tank and cargo plane wrecks, coral reefs with sea turtles, and the Japanese Garden dive site, offered both from the shore and by boat, including sunset cruises and snorkelling trips. The centre runs the full PADI course ladder from Discover Scuba Diving through Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver, with courses available from shore or boat and including logbook, full equipment and transportation. Day trips to Wadi Rum and Petra can also be arranged from Aqaba.
