Anthia Diving Center operates out of Sesimbra, Portugal, inside the Arrábida Natural Park, and runs a full SSI course structure from a first Try Dive up to professional Divemaster and Instructor Training. Its Try Dive programme combines an online SSI Mission Deep Blue ecology course with a briefing and one guided dive (plus a plastic-collection activity) in the Marine Park Professor Luiz Saldanha, and is open to first-timers from age 8.
