Action Diving Group is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre with its dive centre on Xiaoliuqiu (Liuqiu) island off southern Taiwan and an administrative office in Taipei. The team runs small classes (up to 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio) with Mandarin-speaking instructors, and its courses commonly bundle island accommodation, local transport and the return boat ticket from Donggang harbour into the course price. The programme covers the full PADI ladder from a no-certification try-dive (popular for the island's sea-turtle sightings) through Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver up to Divemaster and specialty courses such as Search & Recovery, plus guided shore and boat fun dives for certified divers. The centre promotes single-use-plastic-free operations and runs regular beach and reef clean-ups.
