Action Divers is Puerto Galera's long-running full-service scuba diving facility, established in 1993 with over 5,000 diver certifications to date. Based at Small Lalaguna Beach, the shop is run by owner/instructor Roscoe Thompson and a small, experienced local team of instructors, divemasters and boat crew. Action Divers offers day charter boat dives to Puerto Galera's exclusive dive sites, the full range of PADI courses from Discover Scuba and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster internships, plus a wide set of PADI specialty courses (deep, wreck, drift, night, navigation, digital photography and more). Boat groups are kept small for safety and a personalized diving experience, and rental equipment from Aqualung is available for all courses and dives. The center is closely linked with Out of the Blue restaurant and Steps Garden Resort accommodation on site at Small Lalaguna Beach.
