Spirit of Freedom - Dive Liveaboard
Spirit of Freedom is a purpose-built liveaboard running 3, 4 and 7-night dive expeditions from Cairns to Australia's Great Barrier Reef and the remote Coral Sea. Itineraries take in the famous Cod Hole - home to giant potato cod - the 120 km string of Ribbon Reefs, and two days at the world-renowned Osprey Reef, 200 km offshore, known for its sharks and dramatic walls.
The vessel carries guests across 11 en-suite cabins, with an expert crew of dive instructors and guides. On board you can further your training with PADI courses (Open Water, Nitrox and more), and seasonal trips offer the rare chance to swim with dwarf minke whales. Expect clouds of tropical fish, turtles, olive sea snakes, anemones, sharks and pristine coral gardens across some of the best diving in the South Pacific.
