SMY Oceanic

S.M.Y. Ondina is a traditional wooden phinisi schooner, launched in 2001 and hand-built in South Sulawesi by Bugis shipwrights under the direct supervision of the operator's own dive team. She sleeps 16 guests across 8 air-conditioned, en-suite double cabins (two forward cabins with twin bunks, the rest with a double bed plus a single bunk), and runs on three generators supplying 220V European-style power around the clock. Based out of Sorong, she cruises the richest corners of Indonesia's Coral Triangle: Raja Ampat, Cenderawasih Bay, the northern Banda Sea, Triton Bay and Halmahera, aimed at a comfortable, no-frills diving experience for beginners through advanced divers and underwater photographers.
