Don Questo
Don Questo is a 33.5-meter, 300-ton former trawler built in Selby, England in 1964, converted to an oceanographic research vessel in 1984 and refitted as a Sudan Red Sea diving liveaboard in 1998. It carries a maximum of 17 divers in seven double cabins and one triple cabin, all air-conditioned with hot and cold water basins, sharing four showers and five toilets. Onboard it offers 30 steel diving cylinders, three compressors, a hydraulic tender platform with two 55hp tenders, a 20-seat dining area, a recreation room, an extensive sundeck and an onboard hyperbaric recompression chamber. It runs northern, central, southern and deep-south itineraries along the Sudanese coast.
