Antares is a traditional Indonesian wooden ketch, hand-built in South Sulawesi, operated by Pirates' Bay Cruising and named after the star Antares. It carries up to 6 guests in 3 double cabins (convertible to twin beds), each air-conditioned with a private bathroom and hot water; with extra deck space the boat can host up to 8 people. An English/French-speaking cruise director leads trips, and the standard destination is Komodo National Park, where the operator cites more than 30 dive sites, six of them internationally five-star rated. Diving requires an open-water or advanced certification (PADI or equivalent); snorkelling and wakeboarding gear is also carried onboard.
