Master Scuba Diver. What is this? This is the best achievement in diving education of a recreational diver. A diver who takes the Rescue Diver Course or who is already a Rescue Diver and completes 5 specialties may obtain this rating. Obviously these divers gain more knowledge and experience and are better prepared for their professional levels. Dozens of divers complete this target at Lucky Divers every year (A Rescue Diver with one or two specialties may complete the rest required and be certified)
