It shows you how to recognize and prevent a diving accident, and how to respond if one occurs. The course emphasizes flexibility and adapting the diver to personal and environmental conditions. The word “RESCUE” sounds to you a tiring and exhausting course. May be you think it is for “strong” persons. THIS IS WRONG! It has a flexible rather than a dogmatic approach. The PADI Rescue Course makes this serious subject of accident prevention enjoyable and rewarding. SPECIAL TRAINING BY LUCKY DIVERS: Persons who take the Rescue Course with Lucky Divers are also given other tasks to perform such as helping the Instructors during training or helping our staff during Discover Scuba Diving programs. This gives you the chance to see and deal (as a trainee) with the different problems and the psychological behavior of novice divers. This practical application and experience is just more than anything else. You dive more! You learn more! Simply we really enjoy teaching Rescue Divers! At Lucky Divers, we have and use all the equipment required in teaching Rescue Divers. Rescue lines, slates, oxygen appliances, First Aid Kits, Manuals and other materials are to be used by you during training. Prerequisites: To join the Rescue Diver Course someone should be Advanced Diver or have equivalent certificate of another organization. Training in CPR during the last 2 years is also required.
