Club trip to South Africa: SECRETS OF TWO OCEANS February 2018 (dates to be specified) Club trip accompanied by the instructor of the dive center "KATRAN" will give you a lot of impressions with the maximum safety of the trip! 02 April 2017 Day 1 : Evening departure from Kiev, Borispol airport, 1 dock. 03 April 2017 Day 2 : Arrival to Durban, King Shaka Airport and transfer to the coast of Sodwana Bay. Accommodation at the hotel (lodge). Acquaintance with the team of the dive center. Rest and dinner. Sodwana Bay is located 4.5 hours drive northeast of Durban on the Indian Ocean coast near the border with Mozambique. Kilometers of sandy beaches and rich coral reefs of the southern hemisphere attract divers from all over the world. The reefs of Sodwana Bay are a marine reserve and are rightly considered a natural treasure of the world. Near the coast you can see sharks, dolphins, mantises, rays and even whales. On the reefs are often found large sea turtles, and sailfish (marlin) live in the local waters almost all year round. There is also a very diverse macro world: nudibranchs, sea horses, frogfish. On the coast of Sodwana Bay, from October to April, large ocean turtles sail and lay their offspring. 04 April 2017 Day 3 : Early rise, a cup of fragrant coffee and set off for the first dive. In the afternoon we are waiting for an exciting trip to the lake Ngobozeleni - enjoy the sunset and barbecue. 05 April 2017 Day 4 : Again, early ascent, coffee, first dive, breakfast on the beach and make a second dive, then transfer back to the lodge. In the afternoon we are waiting for a half hour canoeing along the Muzi Pans River, where you can see hippos, crocodiles and different kinds of birds. We admire the sunset. Dinner. 06 April 2017 Day 5 : This day we do one morning dive, have breakfast on the beach and return to the lodge. Packing things and going to the national park Umfolozi National Park. April 7, 2017 Day 6 : Early morning game drive on a jeep through the national park in search of wild life in Africa. Upon returning to the lodge - breakfast and rest by the pool. After lunch, we are evacuated from the lodge and head for the south of the east coast - Aliwal Shoal, Scottburgh. Accommodation and dinner. Aliwal Shoal ( Aliwal Shoal ) is estimated by many to be among the 10 most interesting dive sites in the world! First of all, it is here that a lot of saber-toothed sharks (reggae) live, which can be seen simultaneously in an amount of up to 15-20 individuals. These sharks, although they have an awesome appearance, but are absolutely safe and feed on fish. Also, you can often see huge groupers (sea bass), electric rays, dolphins, whales and even whale sharks. All dives are carried out from the shore on a speed boat. And every exit to the ocean is a separate adventure! April 08 , 2017 Day 7 : Early morning dive with sharks specially attracted to the dive site: bull, tiger, blue and twilight sharks (dusky sharks), as well as saber-toothed (reggae). April 11, 2017 Day 10 : After breakfast, we are waiting for a business card of Cape Town - Table Mountain. We will certainly be guided by the weather and, if necessary, we will make permutations in the program. From Table Mountain there is a picturesque view of the beautiful city and surroundings, as well as the island-prison Robben, where 27 years imprisoned Nelson Mandela. Next, we will have a sightseeing tour around the city. In the evening we return to the hotel. Dinner and rest. April 12, 2017 Day 11 : Breakfast. Morning departure for 2 dives in the Atlantic Ocean with fur seals and seven-branch sharks (sevengill sharks). After diving - go to the famous beach Boulders (Boulders beach), to watch the penguins in natural conditions. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner. April 13, 2017 Day 12 : Breakfast. An early transfer to the village of Gansbaai is the world capital of watching great white sharks. It is there that we are awaited immersing in a cage where we can meet our mistress of the sea depths - a big white shark, which can reach 6 meters in size. This dive without scuba, which allows sharks to come close to the cage. After a dose of adrenaline, we go to the southernmost point of the African Continent - Cape Agulhas. It is there that merge the two oceans - the Indian and the Atlantic. We will go up to the lighthouse, inside which there is a cozy restaurant, and with the success of luck we can admire the rainbow (and maybe several) over the waters of the two majestic Oceans. Transfer to the hotel and dinner. April 14, 2017 Day 13 : Breakfast. Excursion to the Cape of Good Hope. This famous cape is 155 km from Cape Agulhas and it is in this place that the coastline of the African Continent turns east for the first time. The unique nature of the Cape of Good Hope and the opportunity to enjoy the view from above from the observation deck will leave an indelible impression! After the tour, we return to the hotel. Free time. Dinner. April 15, 2017 Day 14 : Breakfast. Free time until 12:00. Transfer to Cape Town International Airport. Departure in the afternoon.
