Sodwana Bay is located 4.5 hours drive northeast of Durban on the Indian Ocean coast near the border with Mozambique. Kilometers of sandy beaches and rich coral reefs of the southern hemisphere attract divers from all over the world. The reefs of Sodwana Bay are a marine reserve and are rightly considered a natural treasure of the world. Near the coast you can see sharks, dolphins, mantises, rays and even whales. On the reefs are often found large sea turtles, and sailfish (marlin) live in the local waters almost all year round. There is also a very diverse macro world: nudibranchs, sea horses, frogfish. After lunch, we are evacuated from the lodge and head for the south of the east coast - Aliwal Shoal, Scottburgh. Accommodation and dinner. April 08 , 2017 Day 7 : Early morning dive with sharks specially attracted to the dive site: bull, tiger, blue and twilight sharks (dusky sharks), as well as saber-toothed (reggae). An early transfer to the village of Gansbaai is the world capital of watching great white sharks.
